Originally a VERY picky eater who played with her food, Lindsay found away to turn her attention to detail and creative nature into a career. While on the adventurous side of the culinary spectrum now, she still plays with food, but only when it’s for a photograph (and maybe sometimes to annoy her mother).

Lindsay’s career as a food, portrait and travel photographer gained real momentum after a move from Toronto to Mexico City in 2014. Submerged in a new culture and language, she explored the city and its vibrant food scene with her camera. Since that time, she has had the opportunity to photograph assignments for top publications and commercial clients. A notable achievement was executing the photography for an entire cookbook called Lonely Planet: From the Source- Mexico. This project saw her traveling for 3 months throughout all of Mexico visiting renowned chefs and photographing the recipes they know best.

Lindsay has a BFA in visual arts from York University and got her start in photography by assisting some of the top commercial shooters in Toronto. Her art and editorial work inform one another and she continues to make personal projects. While she always makes sure that she’s got the shot, she believes that keeping a playful mood while working helps encourage the creativity that leads to great images. Lindsay is highly motivated, hardworking, and she really loves beautiful images and happy clients.
